Shipping Your Indoor Water Fountain

Do you ship to me? How long? How much?
Sorry we only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii or Internationally. (Canada, Ghana, Luxemburg etc…) This is due to the weight and fragile nature of our fountains.

We want your experience in shopping for an indoor water fountain to be as relaxing as owning one so we have included the cost of shipping to the lower 48 states into the price of each fountain. What that means is that the price you see is the total price that you pay!

Shipping takes 2-3 weeks from the time you order and most fountains do not require a signature. However the larger fountains will require a signature to secure safe delivery of your new indoor fountain.

At Wall2Wallfountains your satisfaction is guaranteed. To help us deliver the best service possible we ask that you inspect your fountain and e-mail us at info@wall2wallfountains.com with any problems within 3 business days of receiving shipment. Also when required to sign for a package, please write "subject to customer inspection" next to your signature.

Once you have purchased...
We know you are excited to get your new fountains so we will be providing you with tracking information so you'll know when to expect your new fountains. Once your fountain has shipped you will be e-mailed tracking numbers and instructions on how to track your order.

If you delete, lose, or can't find you're tracking numbers, no problem! Just e-mail us at info@wall2wallfountains.com with your order number or the billing name and we will resend your tracking information within 1 business day. Sorry but our sales staff at our toll free number will not have access to this information.

What if I don't like it?
As long as you have not run water through the fountain you may return the fountain for a full refund less original and return shipping and handling. All indoor fountains must be returned in original packaging with all parts and instructions included. Fountains that have had water run through them will not be refunded. Custom fountains, engraved fountains and bulk fountain orders of 5 or more are non-refundable.

Cancelled orders that have not been shipped but have been billed will be charged a six percent cancellation fee to cover credit card fees incurred by Wall2WallFountains. Because our fountains are made of natural slate variances between the pictures on our website and actual fountain delivered are common. This variance in the natural slate color makes each fountain unique and is not a justification to cancel or return a fountain. Orders cancelled after the indoor fountain has shipped or are refused upon delivery will be charged a thirty percent cancellation fee plus all shipping and handling charges. Please allow 30 days from receipt of return for credit to appear. Purchasing a fountain with us indicates that you have read and agree to our return, cancellation, and shipping policies.
